in the Multiple Listing Service, Port City Property
website and ALL cooperating Real estate websites
within the MLS system including Realtor.com
and swmrc.com. Make your property available
to ALL of the buyers that are working with a
Realtor in your area, no matter which company
they work for. Seller pays an up front fee of
$400 at the time of listing and 1% upon closing
(minimum $1,000). Seller shows own property
and pays for additional advertising. We do the
rest. Additional 3% commission is due ONLY if
another agent brings the buyer.

addition to MLS, we advertise property with newspaper,
other media, and have an experienced Real Estate
agent negotiate price and terms, as well as assist
with all of the details to closing, and represent
the seller for ONLY 3% OF THE SALE PRICE! (4%
Land, 4% Commercial) Seller saves money by showing
their own property. Additional 3% commission only
if another agent brings buyer. No upfront fee.

Buyer
may elect to have us represent them with regards
to a property not advertised with Port City
Property.com. In most cases, if the property
is listed with another Real Estate company,
there is NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE BUYER.

Paperwork
only. For $795, if buyer and seller are ready
to negotiate the sale, we will prepare all disclosures,
purchase agreement, title work, assist in financing,
and prepare for closing. We will then attend
the closing.
